2. •Investment.  New Magellan Ventures creates and acquires profitable investment opportunities with a focus on early-stage, high-potential, growth companies.
   

3. •Active Management.  New Magellan Ventures takes a lead role in managing and growing its portfolio companies during the first three to five years of operations.
